superfluous

Because this is a just a resized version of File:OSM 2011 Black.svg, the file upload seems to be superfluous.

The wiki system lets you re-render SVG images at any size, and stores these cached as pngs anyway, so really no need to upload a file like this.

Just do this instead: [[File:OSM 2011 Black.svg|64px]]
