• Connect 2020 taken up most of the month
  • 15k revenue so far already
  • Preparations smooth, ready to roll
  • Saturday BoF Session will feed into strategy development

  • There will be a US LC signing event at the end of it
  • Who to dispatch to the Advisory Board?
    • Alyssa volunteers
• Social media, 15k followers combined, up 50% from when Maggie started
• BlueTrunk partnership, unclear as yet how that develops, initial meeting
• Start membership drive next month, there will be new tiers, to be announced November
• Pitch Deck -- Jubal drafts done, Maggie will review, then Jubal will start planning meetings with potential donors.

  • Launch date probably after Connect 2020 but we can show it
  • There's a political reference in there that will need to be cut

New Business

• Minh -- Anson Parker (UVA) has been championing OSM US, including in grant writing at UVA and setting up meetings with contacts. Ongoing contact. Some avenues for collab / support could be server resources.
