Donations
- $10,500 donation in 2021 from JAMF
- $20,000 to OHM
  - 1st donation to a charter project!
Contingency if the pandemic affects SOTMUS discussed
- Set up shift to virtual for speakers if needed?
- Cancellation policy is in place
- Venue is affordable so low-risk threshold
- Many people are from AZ
Budget is in good shape
- 2022 draft is done: conservative but hopeful scenario used
- Differences from previous: funding for SOTMUS and new employees
- Hope to grow revenue and expenses - budget goal = break even
- FFS work went well with Red Cross
- Mappy hours listed as an item, but entered as $0.00
- Id is also $0, it’s up to OSMF to support this in the end

Members Annual Meeting
- This is often the SOTMUS… we didn’t have one in 2021
- There is a link to the election timing - Feb. 10th
- Board Townhall meeting - Jan 17th 7pm ET
- Mappy hour scheduled already, but we’ll have a conflict
Elections - don’t have new candidates yet
Review of ED by board requested
Kaboom - ⅔ already mapped in the Colorado projects
TeachOSM has a new newsletter - wrap it into OSMUS letter
Redcross 12 months osm is great
Trails working group
- Blog post went out
- Getting new folks in #trails slack
Climate working group
- Building footprints FEMA
- Forming new group and looking for participants
open data for good - received honorable mention
- IBM project won
Newsletters - will be sent out 1st Tuesday of the month
First annual report completed

OSMUS website
- Budget line item exists for this
- Architecture - let’s change how we host it?
- Wordpress? $300/yr to have an easy to update site (increase blog posts)
- Consider integrations - what platform would keep our options open
- How to archive evergreen content?

- There has been progress in the design
- What does hosting this look like? Start to consider (not ready for budget yet)
