Common values
| Value | Description |
|---|---|
| public | Rents to multiple companies as a service |
| private | Operated only by an an individual company |
| distribution | A distribution warehouse, such as one operated by a shipping company |
| fufillment | A fulfillment warehouse, often operated by an E-commerce company. |
| cross-dock | A Cross-docking facility |
