Used as a substitute for the existing but unrecognized division_code=* to indicate the administrative division codes of county-level and above administrative divisions in China.

ref:cadc:2019=*、ref:cadc:2020=*、ref:cadc:2021=*、ref:cadc:2022=*标记的值与division_code=*一致，但标注了相应行政区划代码公布的时间。

由于“cadc”不易让其他编辑者理解含义，且各年份的代码绝大多数都完全一致（导致同种数据分为几个不同标签），以上标签已被暂时替换为division_code=*以便后续统一更改。

Rationale 理由

Administrative division codes are unique to China and are used in multiple areas, such as Chinese identification cards, driver's licenses, social security numbers, administrative identification and statistical work of the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the National Bureau of Statistics, and more. The existing division_code=* has not received widespread recognition and does not accurately indicate its nature.

行政区划代码是中国独有的产物，其用于多个领域，如：中国居民身份证、驾驶证、社会保障号码、民政部和统计局的行政区划标识和统计工作等。已有的division_code=*键未获得广泛承认，且不能准确表明其性质。

Tagging 标注

Used at relations or nodes of administrative divisions(see Key:place:CN). If the administrative division does not have its own seat(such as Cang County in Cangzhou City, Hebei Province), it should only be used in the relation of that administrative division.

Since the administrative division code represents an area, this label should be used in relations first.

在县级以上行政区（参见Zh-hans:Key:place:CN）的关系或节点上使用。若该行政区无主城（如河北省沧州市沧县），则仅在该行政区的关系上使用。

由于行政区划代码代表一个区域，因此该标签应优先在关系上使用（节点上可不标注）。
