A duck decoy is a man-made structure used to capture ducks and other waterfowl. It usually consists of a small pond with a number of 'pipes' leading out.
How to map
Draw the central pond if it wasn't mapped already, and tag it with natural=water. Draw the perimeter of the duck decoy, which includes the pond as well as the surrounding area, and tag that with man_made=duck_decoy.
