Choice of key "ref:latvia:addr"

The key "ref:latvia:addr" is a bit unfortunate: It's not usual to put the full name of a country into the key. Instead we use the two-letter country code, e.g. FR for France as in ref:FR:FANTOIR and similar keys or GB as in ref:GB:uprn. I strongly opt for using "ref:LT:addr" here to keep some consistency as described on ref=*.
