Move to proposal space?

It looks like this is a rough draft of a proposal for a new tag. This should be under the proposal namespace, like Proposed_features/Key:autonomy. Please see the Proposal process page to learn more. --Jeisenbe (talk) 14:23, 20 December 2019 (UTC)

I published the information on the tags because I thought that https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Taginfo/Projects was the way to answer questions about tags. The reason I wanted the information to be here (public & open) is that I want to leverage this in a new ISO standard (23725), but ISO standards are copyright protected... not public. The ISO standards can use / leverage public & open standards that exist out there. So it's a good way to provide "openness" in a "pay to access the information" ISO standard. --politick (talk)
Welcome to Openstreetmap, politick. While anyone can create and document new tags, it is a good idea to discuss them with the wider community. If English is not your first language, you could check out the forum and mailing lists in your local community. If you are comfortable with discussion in English, I recommend signing up to the Tagging mailing list and discussing what you want to map and how: https://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo/tagging - if that's too much, the forum can be a place to ask questions about tags: https://forum.openstreetmap.org --Jeisenbe (talk) 02:54, 21 December 2019 (UTC)

What is the meaning of this key?

The page doesn't make it clear what this key is used for. Is it something about autonomously operating vehicles? --Jeisenbe (talk) 17:01, 20 September 2020 (UTC)

Looks like a legal or function access restriction for autonomous vehicle/mode at an Australian mine. ---- Kovposch (talk) 07:13, 21 September 2020 (UTC)
