In regards to the first bullet point (Attract "transitional user contributors") - how would you monitor this? What constitutes "contribute heavily"? Would their contributions to OSM have to be ongoing, and if yes, what is "ongoing"? Have you considered a time limited demo? --RobJN (talk) 18:52, 13 June 2014 (UTC)
