Problems

coast != border

The coast should not be used as a border unless regional borders are defined as the coast in your country. The approved feature boundary=maritime clearly defines how to tag national border, and other marine boundaries. --Skippern 10:38, 27 August 2009 (UTC)

Jura and Basel-Landschaft

Why is it that Jura and Basel-Landschaft do not show up in the boundaries view? As far as I see the relations are complete, have no enclaves or exclaves, and they look the same as any other Swiss Canton.. --t-i 14:26, 10 March 2010 (UTC)

Improvements

More Admin Levels

Now that many areas have very good boundary mapping is it time to have more granularity in the Boundaries View for admin levels rather than just showing all lower levels with 'Admin Level >4'? --IJMacD 12:12, 26 May 2011 (BST)

+1 !! I really would appreciate if there would be a more detailed display of levels >4 ... because there are already some routing apps that rely on boundary relations with a certain (high) admin level. In Germany, the important ones are 7 and 8 ... and in the Netherlands AFAIK it is even level=10. Is it possible to provide an example for unique countries like Germany or NL ... and they do not have to be updated so often? Thanks in advance! --Stephan75 17:27, 6 October 2011 (BST)

More coverage

I would like that The boundaries tool was extended to world coverage instead of only Europe. I am from Argentina, and I will appreciate such a tool like this to check he boundaries drawn in my country, region, state, city, so on. Appreciate it.
