Deprecate and use "events_venue" instead?

- My impression of the current usage of amenity=events_venue is that it is a space that normal people can rent out to host private events, whereas amenity=events_centre is for large public events, usually commercial in nature. So it's just as much a matter of kind as it is of scale.
