Introduction
You may have seen some of my changesets with the hashtag #barefootstache-mapping-croatia. What is this about? In February, 2023, I have been contemplating about writing my own project page after seeing the hashtags=* field in iD and remembering of User:Ottwiz project page example.
So, what am I actually planning to do?
Map mainly three municipalities: Draganić, Jastrebarsko, and Ozalj.
What things am I going to map?
- primarily Landcover
- secondary street level details that can be answered via StreetComplete
- tertiary micro-mapping details like emergency=fire_hydrant, waterway=ditch, power=pole, etc.
How am I planning to realize this?
Starting in Lazina and then slowly moving westwards. Additional hashtags might be seen for more fine tuning. These are denoted by the names of the specific admin levels.
Start date: December 3, 2021.
