revert

Please, especially for reverts like https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/w/index.php?title=Sidewalks&diff=1523353&oldid=1523352 include reason for doing this in an edit description Mateusz Konieczny (talk) 15:47, 10 November 2017 (UTC)

Thank you for the feedback. I do not consider this a revert. It might be considered to be a deletion. But the intent was to de-duplicate the information from the previous paragraph.
There is also a problem that the 4% might be mis-read as rarely used. In OSM, there is a rule of thumb that a feature that is used more than a 1000 times and by several users is considered to be established.
I'm happy about the regional section. If your intent with the 4% was to prevent people from messing up Warsaw then I suggest a phrasing that makes this clearer. Please have a look at the edit on the Sidewalk page. -- Roland
