Page structure

Personally, I like the current page structure with subheadings: it's quite readable. However, similar pages typically use tabular format (trail_visibility=*; smoothness=*, sac_scale=*). I might give it a shot at reformatting, although it seems we would need seven or eight columns, and it will result in a lot of whitespace.

I'm inclined to just include images in the current format, but to include it in Proposal_process#Proposal_page_template. Would you like me to give it a try? Duja (talk) 19:45, 25 March 2024 (UTC)

I feel like tables will end up with a lot of skinny columns. I was thinking having a row of varying thumbnails at the bottom of each section would do a good job of showing the range of possibilities, or how the type of path would show up in different climates and regions. Feel free to edit the page to match the page process template a little better. - erutan 14 April 2024
I've reworked value six! I've copied all the images over from Hungerburg's walking scale, some of them are redundant or I don't think fit well, but they're a good base to prune from. I can add more images of scrambling, as well as desert and tropical environments that I think will have a nice amount of variety. I think I'd aim for one or two rows of images per value just to cover all bases. :) - erutan 14 April 2024
