osm-admin

osm-admin is a very fast and efficient tool for importing and exporting PBF files into and from PostgreSQL database with apidb] schema.

osm-admin is written in Rust and is distributed as a docker container. It takes advantage of multiple CPUs and is very economic in memory consumption.
