Proposal
Under a new German law, expected to come into effect on 2024-03-01, recreational use of cannabis will be allowed. There are quite a few rules and exeptions to this, for example in a certian radius around certian POIs, for example schools and playgrounds. Most of these are already mapped on OSM, leading to the "Bubatzkarte" project, highlighting restricted areas on a map, using OSM data. One of the relevant POIs not currently mapped, are cannabis social-clubs introduced in the new law. These clubs are meant to become the main legal source of cannabis for now.
Rationale
Mapping these clubs can help cannabis useres be aware of restricted areas, for example using the project mentioned above.
These clubs also dont fit any preexisting tags.
Tagging
Tagging should be done by giving a node or area a club key with the value cannabis
Being a value for the club key, it should only be used on nodes and areas.
Examples
Will be provided once law goes into effect and clubs appear.
Rendering
No rendering-changes should be needed.
