Proposal
A way to tag sports viewing centre (amenity=sports_viewing_center) in Africa.
Rationale
In Africa (Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda at least) have centres where people pay to watch live football matches e.g. EPL, UCL , UEFA and other sports but mostly football matches. These centres are neither pubs nor cinema, there main business is to show matches and sometimes they usually have options to play games like FIFA/PES, but they mostly result to this when there are no matches or when the sports season is over.
Mappers in Africa have been mistagging these amenities in the past as there is no specific tag for these centres on OSM Wiki. For example, after discussion with OSM Africa community on Telegram, some mentioned that they have used shop=video meanwhile that is for shops that sell movies or videos on physical media like cds, vhs, etc . Since they are endemic to our region, we need to create a new tag for these centres to prevent misleading tags in the future and for consistency.
Tagging
Add amenity=sports_viewing_center to mark a place where people come together to watch live sports. These spots mostly show football matches but they sometimes show other popular sports including boxing.
