Same wiki account

The proposal currently says:

"Please use wiki account with the same name as account used for mapping.
If for some reason account names are different: please link them.
(1) Create or edit your OSM user page and mention your openstreetmap.org account
(2) Edit your user profile at openstreetmap.org that mentions name of the Wiki account"

Perhaps instead something like:

1. If you are creating a wiki account for the first time in order to vote, please choose the same username as your openstreetmap.org editing account.
2. Whether you are creating a new wiki account, or using an existing wiki account, please ensure that your openstreetmap.org username is listed on your wiki home page. This can be done by adding the template {{Username|<your username>}} to your home page.
