Scout is a brand by Telenav that offers some apps, tools and Map and Navigation APIs for developers. With this brand they're targeting the lower price segment on the market.

Recently Telenav absorbed skobbler and now is offering their OSM based app called GPS Navigation & Maps under the brand Scout.
