towns that need work... is there impact of the earthquake? are maps needed?

Landsat

Use of Landsat images is not really effective, but not absolutely bad:

• waterways are visible, so lakes and water basins;
  
• major roads are already present; where a road cross a waterway, there is a bridge;
  
• landuse could be derived too (residential and woodland are well visible).
  

IMHO Landsat is not too bad, waiting for something better.
