I propose we change the following bullet point:

• Support outreach/growth for the HOT community. This includes growing communities in particular localities, and growing the diversity of our community (in terms of gender/age/location)

To two bullet points:

• Support outreach/growth for the HOT community. This includes growing communities in particular localities
• Actively work to increase the diversity of our community in terms of gender, including transgender and transsexual people, sexual orientation, age, ability, language, race/ethnicity, background, faith and location
• Strive to maintain a safe space for all of our community members
