Better page name

Can we have a better page name please. "Map displays" makes me think "websites showing maps" actually. THis page is about mobile apps/devices showing maps. -- Harry Wood 09:33, 9 April 2010 (UTC)

I don't know how to organise this really. I agree that this list could be merged onto some of the existing lists we already see on the Software page. After all, any software (pretty much) is either Software/Mobile phones or Software/Desktop. Furthermore, all of those bits of software mostly involve displaying maps (the point you are making)

The problem with all these lists is that their scope seems a bit too wide to be useful. Certainly too wide have any hope of us creating an exhaustive list. I don't know if moving entries off this list and onto the others will make it any more useful. I would expect double entries at the moment, since software which displays maps is also desktop of mobile software. If there entries are not appearing on several lists, then something's wrong

Full ACK we have to provide complete Lists (that are up to date) and profide some picked Selections. For Example JOSM is desktop software and should be listed (to appear if someone tries to get an overview) but it has to stay of course at Editors :) --!i! 20:02, 8 August 2010 (BST)
