Remove Proposal heading

@Jeisenbe and Mateusz Konieczny: I think we should remove the initial "Proposal" heading to follow standard Wiki organization of contents. The main ideas of the proposal should be at the top of an article without any text. This is how Wikipedia does this. It means that the initial information is also put above the Table of Contents box. It also means that SEO engines and other webpage parsing tools can get the relevant text at the top of the page and display it. I also think that Template:Proposal Page should be floated right to act as a infobox. --Lectrician1 (talk) 15:44, 21 March 2021 (UTC)

Taginfo broken here

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, I found the taginfo integration is broken on the proposal template in key proposals, for the "statistics" section, (current uses of the tag), as can be seen here: Proposed_features/Key:golf_cart --Dieterdreist (talk) 11:08, 24 March 2022 (UTC)
