Usually errors of quantity mapping (gaps,intersections,overlapping), mistagging of non-building areas (overlapping), building tag misuse for non-building structures (building too small), geometry duplication, imprecise/improper building:part usage or just general inaccurate drawings (due to various reasons). Most of them are minor and avoidable, thus easily fixed with the help of aerial imagery.
