Hi, I noticed that you have started to redirect non-existent language versions of documentation pages to the English version.

I think this is not a good idea for three reasons:

- People don't notice there is not yet a version in their language and are therefore less likely to create a translation

- If they do notice it and want to translate, and they are experienced Wiki users, they will have to delete the redirect first, making it less likely they go to the effort of doing it

- If they are not experienced Wiki users, they will translate the actual English page believing they are editing the page for their own language. This will likely lead to reverts, creating bad feelings and wasting everyones time.

I added the redirects, so they show up in Nominatim and iD Editor, otherwise the tags are invisible. Because they retrieve their list from this Wiki. However I will not add any further tags.
